Twin Oaks has been making tofu since 1991, and it shows in both the quality and the consistency of the product. Diners rave about the taste and texture of Twin Oaks Tofu. And Twin Oaks offers more than just tofu. We have a variety of soy-based foods, ranging from traditional meat substitutes to appetizing spreads…
- Organic Tofu – firm, flavorful, and easy to cook with. Comes in our classic, traditional plain as well as two expertly flavored herb varieties: Italian Herb and Fine Herb.
- Vegetarian Sausage – spiced and bound with wheat gluten to mimic both the taste and the feel of real sausage.
- Wild Mushroom Pate – a delicious, spreadable vegan delicacy. Great on crackers, toast, or on its own.
- Soy Tempeh – a denser, earthier soy product made by introducing a live culture to soybeans. Just like tofu, it works well as a meat substitute.
Twin Oaks soy foods are produced right here in Central Virginia. The soy beans are grown locally, the foods are made locally, and we handle our own local distribution. Because of this we’re able to keep our distribution costs low – so you get a product that arrives fresh when you want it, and meets the Quality Certification Service’s high standard…yet it costs surprisingly little.
