Tofu 

Twin Oaks Tofu is a firm, delicious, soy-based food that works great as a meat substitute.  Almost any dish that can be made with beef, chicken, or seafood can be made with Twin Oaks Tofu.  It can also be used in original creations – and even in desserts.  Made entirely of locally grown organic soybeans, Twin Oaks Tofu meets the high standards for organic certification established by the Quality Certification Services – so you know it’s chemical and preservative-free. Our tofu is also Kosher Certified by Star K.  Twin Oaks Tofu offers a number of benefits to both diners and chefs: 

  • High in protein and magnesium, yet low in calories, cholesterol, saturated fats, and carbohydrates – a great choice for your health-conscious diners.
  • Can be baked, fried, sautéed, or even served uncooked, so it works well in a variety of dishes.
  • Twin Oaks Tofu is available in a range of flavors.  Plain has only the simple, natural taste of tofu, so you can season it as needed.  Fine Herb is mildly seasoned to add a just a touch of flavor to any dish.  Italian Herb is more robust – bits of garlic and onion give it a bold flavor.

Soy Tempeh 

Tempeh is a traditional soy food, popular throughout Southeast Asia and Japan.  It’s made of cooked soybeans – fermented and cultured.  Works well as an alternative to meat, poultry, and seafood, or can be eaten on its own.  Twin Oaks Soy Tempeh can be baked, fried, or steamed.  Create a delectable and exotic dish, now matter how you prepare it, because tempeh goes well with almost any sauce or seasoning.   

  • Twin Oaks Soy Tempeh is rich in the highest-quality soy protein, and is low in calories, fat, and cholesterol.  Health-conscious diners will love it.
  • Comes frozen in 10 oz. packages for convenience and easy storage.  Simply thaw it before use.  Some “graying” or discoloration is a perfectly normal part of the fermentation process, and does not indicate spoilage.

 

Vegetarian Pate 

Twin Oaks Wild Mushroom Pate is a tasty, versatile way to spice up your selection of appetizers or snacks.  Wild Mushroom Pate begins with a base of okara – soy pulp – into which we add spices, herbs, and dried, ground-up native mushrooms.  The result is a delicious pate that is easily spreadable and sliceable, and easy to use in cooking. 

  • Works great right out of the package as a tasty spread for breads, crackers, cheeses, veggies, sandwiches…anywhere you’d normally use a spread.
  • Sold in one-pound tubes that make Wild Mushroom Pate easy to slice.  Try it alone – baked or fried.

Vegetarian Sausage 

The perfect alternative to meat sausage.  Twin Oaks Vegetarian Sausages are made from soy protein bound together with wheat gluten, and seasoned with spices and other natural ingredients.  The result is a tasty and convenient soy food that mimics the taste, texture, and practicality of real sausage.  It can be eaten uncooked, baked, fried, sliced…even crumbled. 

  • Great alone or in recipes.  Try Vegetarian Sausage in tacos, lasagnas, or anywhere you’d use ground beef or sausage.
  • Twin Oaks Vegetarian Sausage comes in two traditional flavors.  Extra Chewy Breakfast Style is spiced to resemble the flavor of traditional American breakfast sausage.  Extra Chewy Chorizo is a little spicier, with red peppers and paprika that help capture the authentic Spanish taste of real Chorizo sausage.

Organic Soymilk

Twin Oaks soymilk is made from locally grown organic soybeans. Our soymilk is fresh and un-pasteurized keeping its great soy flavor. Our soymilk can be flavored upon request. Soymilk is sold in bulk three-gallon pouches.
